A coach is gently nudging you in the direction of your desires so you don’t talk yourself out of them, let the mean girl sabotage you or tell yourself you have to lose the weight first. I work with women to uncover the expert inside of herself and tap into her inner wisdom.

There is no such thing as stuck, we are always moving. A coach helps you clarify which direction you want to be going in and if you’re not headed there, she gently helps you turn toward it. When you’re headed down the road of fear and scarcity and constantly focused on what you DON’T want, I ask you a bunch of questions to help shift your focus back to what you do want and what is working so what you don't need can fall away.
In my practice I focus on the whole person, the independent, strong, feminine, soft, shadowy, light, messy, vibrant woman inside each of us. The one you know is there but has been buried under criticism, uncertainty, overwhelm, fear and weariness. I take you by the hand and we start walking FORWARD.
We reject diet culture telling us we need to eat and look a certain way. We practice self-compassion and acceptance of our perfect imperfections. We tap into the expert, the guru, the intuition, the powerful CEO of your life that lives inside of you. We do not apologize for who we are.
